Guidelines for Main Character Energy: Personality Showdown

Overview:

1. The Main Character Energy: Personality Showdown is a competition designed to celebrate the unique qualities that make individuals captivating, influential, and magnetic. The event will assess contestants on their ability to exude charisma, engage with others, and leave a lasting impression, showcasing both their personality and leadership potential.

Competition Details:

Structure and Rounds:

1st Phase:

1. A profile sheet will be sent to the registered participant.
2. Profile submission must be made on or before 2nd March 2025.

2nd Phase:

1. Round 1- (Creative introduction)
2. Round 2 - (Depicting personality through a picture)
3. Round 3 - (Rapid fire)

Guidelines For Participants:

Eligibility:

1. Open to all individuals regardless of gender and age.
2. Participants must register before the deadline.

Phase 1:

1. Participants will fill the participation submission link below.

Phase 2:

ROUND 1- Creative Introduction

1. Participants will introduce themselves in a brief 3 minute presentation. Note that your presentation should represent the submitted profile sheet.

ROUND 2- Depicting personality through a picture

1. Participants will be assigned a character to enact through a lottery process. Characters will range from historical figures, media influencers, or famous personalities.
2. Participants will be given a set amount of time to research and prepare their enactment. They will have access to basic information and resources about their assigned character.
3. Participants will perform a short enactment of their assigned character, demonstrating their ability to embody the character's traits, mannerisms, and personality. They will be evaluated on their creativity, authenticity, and ability to engage the audience.

ROUND 3- Rapid Fire

1. Contestants will participate in a scenario or challenge designed to test their charisma and ability to lead in various situations (e.g., solving a problem, motivating a group, or delivering a quick, impromptu speech)
2. The focus is on how they captivate their audience and convey a sense of individuality.

Judging Criteria:

1. Personality: Authenticity, confidence, and likability.
2. Communication Skills: Clarity, articulation, and engagement.
3. Presence: Body language, eye contact, and overall demeanor.
4. Impact: Ability to connect with and inspire the audience.
5. Creativity: Originality and innovation in presentation. 

Rules:

1. Use of humor is encouraged.
2. Sticking to the time limit is expected
3. Each round will have elimination
4. Use of foul language is prohibited.
5. No arguments must be made with the judges
