Guidelines for Blind Coding

 

Event Specifications:

  1. This is an individual event.
  2. For this event, each college should consist of 2 participants.
  3. Participants have to perform according to the given definition on C and C++ language.
  4. In round 1 - C /C++ program statements of medium complexity will be given. 
  5. In round 2 – C/C++ program statements of high complexity will be given. 
  6. Each participant needs to stay away from the keyboard once the allotted time is completed.

 

Rules:

  1. Each participant has to write the code of the problem statement, with the monitor off.
  2. Participants whose code gets executed will be given higher preference.
  3. The second preference will be given to code with the least number of errors.
  4. In case of tie in number of errors then timing will be considered.
  5. Shortlisted participants of round 1 will appear for round 2 for which above rules will be applicable.
  6. Any participants found to be indulging in any form of malpractice will be immediately disqualified.
