Guidelines for Mobile Legends (MLBB)

Team Requirements:

1. Team Names: No changes after registration closure.
2. Identification: Valid college/school ID required.
3. Multi-clanning: Not allowed in the same tournament.
4. Player Accounts: Use only registered accounts, no account switching or playing under another's account.
5. Teams per Institution: A maximum of 2 teams from each college.

Tournament Format:

1. Game Type: Initial rounds - Best of 1; Semi-finals & Finals - Best of 3.
2. Team Size: Minimum 5 players, up to 2 substitutes.
3. Substitutions: Only before or after matches/maps, never during.

Guidelines for Mobile Legends (MLBB)

Gameplay Rules:

1. Pauses: Each team can pause for up to 5 minutes.
2. Disconnects: Game pause allowed up to 5 minutes.
3. Public Chat: Only team captains/tournament staff can use it for game-related issues.
4. All decisions made by the host are final and binding.

Match Scheduling:

1. Offline Tournament: Matches at a designated venue.

Code of Conduct:

1. All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct, which includes sportsmanship, respect for opponents and officials, and compliance with tournament rules.

Prizes:

1. The prize pool will be determined by the number of registered teams. Strict adherence to these rules is mandatory for all participants.
