Guidelines for Poster Making Competition

Time: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

 

Overview:

  1. Welcome to the Eunoia Poster Making Competition, an opportunity to creatively represent the concept of "Beautiful Mind." This event invites participants to design posters that reflect the idea of mental wellness, positive mental health, and the beauty of a healthy mind. The best posters will be selected based on creativity, relevance, and how effectively the message is conveyed.

 

Theme:

  1. “Eunoia” meaning Beautiful Minds - The theme represents mental well-being, clarity, positivity, resilience, and emotional balance.

 

Posters should convey ideas such as:

  1. Promoting positive mental health and self-care.
  2. Encouraging mindfulness, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
  3. Highlighting the importance of resilience, growth, and mental peace.
  4. Reducing stigma and encouraging open conversations about mental health.

 

Rules & Regulations:

  1. Chart paper will be provided, but participants must bring their own art supplies (colors, brushes, markers, etc.).
  2. 1 hour will be given to complete the poster.
  3. The artwork must be original and created on the spot.
  4. Posters should align with the theme
  5. Submission: Participants must submit their posters within the given time frame. 

 

Final Submission Deadline:

  1. On or before 5:00 PM, 2nd March (Sunday)
