Pow-woW 2026 - The Ultimate Inter-College Sports Fest

Welcome to Pow-woW 2026!

Pow-woW is an annual youth festival for institutes that began in 2015 at Tetso College, Nagaland. It aims to bring together students from various institutes all over India to meet, interact, compete and showcase talent in various competitions, to empower them towards lifelong excellence. The events include cultural, literary and sporting competitions, panel discussions and more. It’s more than just a competition—it’s a celebration of teamwork, dedication, and sportsmanship!

The term “Pow-woW” is derived from a Latin American word, traditionally referring to a gathering or assembly of people coming together to share ideas, culture, and community spirit. Reflecting this essence, Pow-woW is a National Level Youth Festival that celebrates the vibrant spirit of youth through sports, culture, creativity, and leadership.
Pow-woW provides a dynamic platform for students from diverse institutions to come together, compete, collaborate, and showcase their talents while fostering values of unity, discipline, teamwork, and excellence.

Our Mission

We strive to:

The Journey of Pow-woW
 

Pow-woW was initiated in the year 2015 as an institutional youth festival with the vision of creating a dynamic and inclusive space for student engagement beyond academics. Over the years, the festival has grown significantly in scale and participation, evolving into a national-level event that attracts students from various institutions across regions.

Today, Pow-woW stands as a symbol of youth energy, unity, and excellence.
