Cosplay

Eligibility:

• The Cosplay Competition is open to all participants.
• Participants may register individually or as a group.
• Registration is free.
   

Character Selection

• Only video game characters are permitted.
• MOBA 5v5 characters are preferred.
• Characters from anime, movies, comics, or other non-video-game franchises will not be accepted.
• Participants are free to choose their character and theme as long as they follow the competition guidelines.
   

Performance

• Each individual or group will have 2–5 minutes for their performance.
• Participants must report to the designated registration/holding area before their scheduled performance.
• Performances should showcase the character through costume, portrayal, creativity and stage presence.
   

Costume & Props

• Costumes should be appropriate for a college event.
• Props must be safe and suitable for use on stage.
• The following are strictly prohibited:
  • Real weapons
  • Sharp objects
  • Firearms
  • Explosives
  • Any other dangerous materials
     

Music & Audio

• Participants using background music must submit their audio to the organisers beforehand in the prescribed format.
• Participants are responsible for submitting their music within the given deadline.
   

Conduct

• All participants must maintain appropriate conduct throughout the competition.
• Offensive, discriminatory, vulgar or inappropriate:
  • Language
  • Gestures
  • Costumes
  • Performance content will not be permitted.
     

Judging Criteria

Final Decision

• The winner will be selected based on the official judging criteria.
• The decision of the judges/organising committee will be final.
• Participants must follow all instructions given by the event organisers.
   

Prize

Cosplay Prize Pool: To Be Announced
The prize pool will be revealed by the organisers at a later stage.
