Eligibility
- The competition is open to all registered (UG & PG) students.
- Participants may compete as solo performers or group performers.
- Each participant/group can register for one or more entries.
Performance Categories
Participants may showcase talents including:
- Singing
- Dance
- Instrumental Performance
- Beat Box
- Other creative performances
Performance Duration
- Each performance must be between 3–5 minutes.
- Participants exceeding the allotted time may face point deductions or disqualification.
Registration
- Registration fee: ₹300 (Solo/Duet)
- Registration Fee: ₹500 (Group)
- Registration must be completed within the stipulated deadline.
- Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
Content and Conduct
- Performances should uphold the values of respect, inclusivity, and cultural sensitivity.
- Any form of vulgarity, hate speech, discrimination, offensive language, or inappropriate content will result in immediate disqualification.
- Participants must maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the event.
Heritage Theme
- Participants are strongly encouraged to incorporate elements of cultural heritage, tradition, indigenous identity, or historical significance into their performances.
- Creativity and originality in presenting heritage-inspired performances will be highly appreciated.
Music and Technical Requirements
- Participants must submit backing tracks in MP3 format before the event
- The organizing committee will provide the sound equipment.
- Participants requiring special instruments or props must arrange them independently.
Judging Criteria
Performances will be evaluated based on:
- Talent and Technical Skill
- Creativity and Originality
- Stage Presence and Confidence
- Audience Engagement
- Relevance to the Heritage Theme
- Overall Performance Quality
Judges' Decision
- The decision of the judges shall be final and binding.
- No appeals or disputes regarding the results will be entertained.
Photography and Media
- The organizers reserve the right to photograph, record, and use event materials for promotional and educational purposes.
- Participation in the event implies consent for such usage.
Disqualification
Participants may be disqualified for:
- Violation of event guidelines.
- Misrepresentation of information.
- Use of inappropriate or offensive content.
- Unprofessional behavior before, during, or after the event.
General Instructions
- Participants must report at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the event.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to amend the guidelines if necessary.
- All participants are expected to cooperate with event officials and volunteers
