1. Colleges are requested to bring two college flags.
2. All colleges will vie for one overall award – “Overall College Champion” to be awarded to the College that wins most events.
3. Participants from Dimapur District must arrange for their own accommodation and transportation.
4. For colleges/participants from outside Dimapur, Camp-site facilities (tents) are available for outstation participants on advanced booking at nominal rates. Limited seats.

5. For accommodation booking, online payment must be done in advance in order to confirm your booking and refer to the accommodation page for more details.
6. Bedding requirements (bed sheets, blankets) must be brought by participants. Only mattress and pillow will be available.
7. Institutional Registration: Rs. 1530/- (A certificate will be issued to all participating institutes). Fee Registration can be done on the day of the event or through online, however confirmation of name submissions for various events are required by 31st March 2023.

8. All participants must carry their College ID card. This is mandatory.
9. Institutional events are open to one team per institute.
10. Open events, there are no restrictions to the number of participants.
11. Each participating College will receive a participating certificate.
12. Prizes include trophies or medals and (or) gift vouchers for various events.
13. Prize for Open Events, winner and runner’s up will be given from the overall registration collected amount.
- Winner : 50%
- Runners up: 30%
14. Each participating College is requested to dispatch a Representative from the faculty to accompany the students.
15. Participating Colleges should submit their names by 31st March 2023.
